Chief Executive Officer
16 years of experience in development, finance, and administration in different kinds of real estate assets. He was New Business Director at FINSA, a leading industrial real estate development firm in the country, Director of GE Real Estate in Mexico, and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions of UBS Investment Bank in New York. Luis Sada also has a degree in International Commerce from ITESM campus Monterrey, as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Chief Development Officer
More than 14 years of experience in real estate and project management. Previously, he worked for HOK where he led projects in China, Russia, Brazil, New York, as well as the Rayados Stadium in Monterrey, Mexico. With the State Government, he coordinated projects for the urban regeneration of downtown Monterrey and Paseo Santa Lucía. Bernardo Maldonado has a degree in architecture from ITESM campus Monterrey, as well as a Master´s degree in Urbanism and Real Estate from Harvard University.
Chief Commercial Officer
More than 20 years of experience in sales, and 10 years in real estate development. He served as Project Director for the northeastern region in Mexico at Orange Investments, Commercial Manager at Alestra (AT&T) and Nextel, and participated as Deputy Director of Nematic-Llantax. Bernardo Flores has a degree in International Studies from the UDEM, and an MBA from Esade Business School in Barcelona.
Design and Construction Director
More than 20 years of experience in the management and execution of projects. Previously, he served as Construction Director at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, Mexico City Campus, where he was responsible for the construction and remodelling of the campus. Carlos Ávila was also the Dean of the Metropolitan Area's (CDMX) construction advisor. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from ITESM campus Monterrey, as well as a Master´s Degree in Business Administration from EGADE Business School.
Chief Financial Officer
Mónica has more than 8 years of experience in real estate financing and project management. During her years at ONE, Mónica has successfully negotiated, obtained and managed more than US$250 million in debt financing for residential, retail and office developments. Mónica also has been responsible for the relationship management between ONE and large financial institutions, as well as investor relations, capital structuring and financial and strategic planning for new developments. Mónica has a degree in Finance from Tec de Monterrey.
